PB/Description: This bundle of joy. Reira's constantly holding a teddy bear for the most part, has the most blank of stares (it means Reira likes you, honest), and wears shorts, a hat, a hoodie, and a metal collar. Sometimes can be seen taking pictures of things with a camera or a phone. You. The sky. That building there. Anything is free game.
Personality: A blank slate, basically. Reira has... issues, as the short of it, and is emotionally shut down thanks to it. Despite this, Reira is an excellent, if utilitarian duelist. No excitement, no fun, no enjoyment. Just focusing on the task put in front of them and doing what's necessary to finish it as quickly as possible to approval. They come off like a living doll for the most part, not really reacting or going along with things.

As expected, Reira is not a friendly kid. Attempts to be friendly usually result in ignoring. Not even just being cold or snubbing, but literally Reira seems to not acknowledge any attempts to be so. One thing the kid knows though is fear, and the idea of not performing to expectations, or being separated from the only sources of comfort in life (such as Reiji and getting approval from him, for example) can induce a massive panic attack thanks to severe PTSD.

One of the few interests they seem to hold is taking photographs, and photography in general, and as part of trying to help them recover from the trauma, they're provided with the means to pursue that interest. ... Even if their subjects tend to be unfocused and without meaning.

If there is one real "positive" in their life however, it's that they absolutely hold a deep attachment towards their older brother and essentially role model, Reiji. They don't let down their guard around anyone other than Reiji, and generally won't believe it if anyone tries to say that their "niisama" is dodgy or suspicious.

History: A hold-over child subject of the Arcadia Movement, back when Divine still had any influence, Reira was found among other rogue psychics after Divine's fall, by LDS. It's unknown whether Reira had any psychic abilities, or if there was some other element that made the psychics/Divine claim the small child... But whatever was done to them, left them massively unemotional and mostly unresponsive. They were nearly considered to be a lost cause due to the extensive trauma left upon them, however, in a point of hope, they responded well to dueling, and that was used as the best method possible to bring out any level of life about the kid, especially after being formally adopted into the Akaba family.

It's due to dueling that Reira's been able to start to come out of their shell, even just a little bit. But it took a lot of effort-- in fact it's only been in the last couple years that Reira's been capable of really doing anything themselves without a constant handler to tell them what to do or where to go, though Reiji still makes sure to have someone keep watch on 'em. They are still just a young kid. But with this has come the mild interest in photography, and the growing desire to be of use-- especially to their big brother, wanting to receive even the most mild form of praise.
Abilities: Unknown if any. Reira was found wearing the metal collar, and LDS examinations have confirmed it to be a Psychic Limiter, but there's been no difference between Reira wearing it or not wearing it when they duel, likely due to the lack of emotions. They keep it on out of familiarity.
